How quickly can we go online?
If Acomdex have photographs for your property, and all the required details form the landlord including government ID and fully completed house manual and listing deposit, Acomdex can take your property live in 48 hours or less. If your photographs are scheduled by the photographer, it can take up to 72 hours for the photographer to edit and send the final photographs, after which the listing can go live within 48 hours.
For channels out of our website the listing can take around 24 hours to 48 hours for approval, another three to four weeks for some channels due to their independent approval process.
What is House keeping ?
Housekeeping includes, Making up the beds, Replenishing Amenities like toilet rolls, shampoo shower gels, tea, coffee, sugar, honey and oils. Cleaning and moping and floors, laundry the linen, everything it take to 5 star rating when we are done with your home.
How is the property damage by guests dealt with?
First and foremost Acomdex advice the owner to lock away and protect any valuables, delicate decorative items.
The house keeping team identify, record and report any damage. we then process the claim.
Acomdex encourages the owners to look for short letting Insurance.
What are the owner's extra charges?
- Additional charges to the Landlord may include, but not limited to are:
- Housekeeping charges after landlord use the property.
- Any maintenance work carried out by our Handyman. including access to third party maintenance companies. Requested items to the property during the guest stay.
- A third party company charges and co-ordination charges.
Is STR Better or Renting ?
STR stand for short term rental. STR is always better and less headache to owners compared to renting. In Renting an owner should deal with late payments to default payment to evictions. Evicting is a lengthy and painful experience.

What is the Acomdex Fee?
Acomdex fee may varies based on revenue and the volume of properties. Management fee is agreed differently with each owner and host depending on the type of property and its usage.
